Completing Your Test.
The heart of our at-home sleep test is the Rest O2 Max Wrist Monitor, a small, non-invasive tool designed for ease and comfort. Using the Rest O2 Max is simple, just wear the device like a wristwatch and attach the small finger probe on your non-dominant hand. Then connect the device to the Celeste+ app. This setup takes just a few minutes and ensures that the device collects important data such as your heart rate, oxygen levels and sleep positions, all while you sleep comfortably in your own bed. There are no wires, no bulky equipment, and no need for overnight stays in a clinic.

Once your testing window closes, we process your data into a comprehensive set of results, including daily breakdowns, a multi-night summary, and an AI-powered report. You will receive these insights within 1-2 days. If you selected the Doctor Interpretation add-on, your full clinical review will be ready within 3-5 business days.
These reports detail your oxygen levels, heart rate, and sleep stages, providing clinical-grade data that is ready to review with your general practitioner.3
