Final Sale Policy
Due to the medical nature of our products, all orders for the Rest Home Sleep Test  are final sale and non-refundable.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Our sleep tests utilize clinical-grade, wearable biometric sensors designed for personal health diagnostics. To comply with health, safety, and strict hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund only before you have filled out and submitted your Patient Intake Form. Once your intake form is completed and submitted, the diagnostic process begins, your order is immediately sent for fulfillment, and we can no longer accept cancellations.

Defective or Damaged Devices
We stand by the quality of the Rest O2 Max Testing Device. If your device arrives damaged or is found to be defective out of the box, preventing you from completing your sleep test, please reach out to us right away. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue or provide a replacement device so you can successfully complete your testing window.
