At Rest, we want to get you on the path to better sleep as quickly as possible. We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping on all sleep test orders across Canada.
1. The Patient Intake Form (Required Before Shipping) Because our sleep tests are clinical diagnostic tools, we require some basic health information before we can dispatch your device.

Your order will not ship until your Patient Intake Form is submitted. You will receive a link to complete this form immediately after checkout.
2. Order Processing Once you have successfully filled out and submitted your Patient Intake Form, please allow up to 2 business days for our team to process and prepare your device for shipment.
3. Tracking & Delivery Times As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its progress.
